Marvila, uma área da cidade em transformação, um tecido híbrido onde se destaca a escala dos armazéns misturados com edifícios de habitação, um horizonte pontuado por chaminés de tijolo com o rio ao fundo.

O desafio era fazer habitação convocando a identidade dos edifícios industriais próximos. Materializando-a na escala da fachada, no sistema construtivo modular; nas salas amplas, rasgadas entre luz e telas, nas tipologias sem circulações periféricas.

Marvila, a neighborhood undergoing transformation, a hybrid fabric where the scale of warehouses intermingled with residential buildings stands out, a skyline punctuated by brick chimneys with the river in the background.

The challenge was to create housing that evoked the identity of the nearby industrial buildings. This was achieved through the scale of the façade, the modular construction system; the spacious rooms, bathed in light and screened by fabric; and the floor plans without peripheral circulation spaces.
